Restaurant Participation Information

Join the fun, and share your food and help Rotary support the Primary Care Physician Training Program, and other Rotary charities.  To get involved, please Contact Us!

Guidelines for Participating Restaurants

  • Please provide 800-1000 tasting portions. Repeat customers are allowed.

  • We will provide plates, bowls, luau boats, napkins and utensils for your creations.

  • Each station includes 2 six-foot tables with tablecloths.

  • Please bring your own cooking instruments, towels, and washing supplies. Drop-off and set-up can be done on Friday, June 26, from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

  • As a suggestion, please prepare most of your menu items prior to your arrival.

  • It is acceptable to serve cold food items, salads, or desserts. Please provide your own cold storage for your station.

  • To reduce confusion, we’ll have a walk-through of the site at 4:00pm, Friday, June 28, (one day prior to the event). Please make every attempt to attend the walk-through.

  • Parking at the Wainaku Executive Center on the day of the event will be limited to only vehicles with parking passes. You will be given a parking pass for one vehicle.

  • The event will open to the VIP GUESTS at 1:00pm. Please arrive and set-up early enough to start serving when the VIP GUESTS arrive.  There will be 100 to 200 VIP GUEST. In Addition you are welcome to prepare  something special specifically for the VIP GUESTS. This is optional.

  • The general admissions will start at 2:00pm.
